My name is Alyona. I’m 27 years old. I have a higher medical education, I graduated from university in 2020 with a red diploma. I am a therapist by specialty, I worked in my specialty for three years. But I was more attracted to disease prevention, I received a specialty of nutriciologist and nutritionist from the American Academy of Nutrition. And I also trained as a fitness trainer in the Fitness Federation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

I am the author-compiler of the National Guidelines for the treatment and diagnosis of gastroesophageal disease in the Kyrgyz Republic, and I have also published 4 articles on gastroenterology.

I specialize in customized nutrition and training plans. A nutrition plan can be built to fit your goals, income level, lifestyle. I work with a variety of nutritional goals, such as weight loss.

Intensity training focuses on reducing body weight and improving body definition. Suitable for training at home as well as in the gym. Online guidance involves a video link where I observe and assist you throughout the workout. Offline trainings I conduct in a fitness studio in Bishkek, where individual guidance is possible, as well as group format.

Women’s Health” trainings are aimed at strengthening the pelvic floor muscles, breathing practices to work deep muscles of the body, work on posture. suitable for postpartum girls, mature women, girls with various gynecological problems and all those who prefer gentle training.
